Ferinando
“Fred” LODDO(1-2) was born in 1893 in Italy.(3-4) He immigrated about
1919.(5) He appeared in the census in
1920 in Cherry Grove, Oregon, living as a single boarder working as a repair
laborer for the railroad.(5) Also,
listed as a boarder living at the same residence in 1920 is Johnnie Loddo, 36
years old, from Italy, single and his immigration was in 1911. It is currently
unknown if or how Ferinando and Johnnie are related. Ferinando died in a gas explosion in Frontier
No. 1 coal mine on 14 August 1923 at the age of 30 in Frontier, Wyoming.(3-4) He was buried on 17
August 1923 in Kemmerer, Wyoming.(3-4) He was single.(1-2)
